Comfortable enough and good location.

It was right at the beach, had a pool and fairly good restaurant. The rooms had AC and warm water showers, a water boiler to make tea/coffee.

The rooms weren‘t really clean and the beach was nicer a bit further away from the jetty.

Unpleasant stay. No enough staff to clean the room.

Only sea view nice.

The property haven't finish up for guests to stay. Lot of unfinished works. No Hangers. No wardrobe. Shower water is damn slow. Water pipe hose in toilet is very short and cannot use. Unsafty for family with children, because the 2nd floor front entrance balcony have big gap in between. Very dangerous. Even thin adult can fall off from the 2nd floor. No lights in 1 room. I don't know how come it had been listed in booking.com. I'm very disappointed with Booking.com. Past few years I always book at booking.com. This is very first time encounter such kind of hotel.

Lovely stay.

Very easy access to the beach, quite literally a minute walk. Surrounded by cafes, and restaurants. Cheap when split with friends or groups, and very warm pool.

We had a suspicion of bed bugs, but we weren’t too sure.

Definitely not worth the money and definitely far better places for less money in Juara.

The position directly next to the beach.

The filter for the pool was directly next to our room and it was like sitting in a plane about to start. We had to ask them before going to bed to switch it off. When we arrived I dropped something under the bed and was disgusted to find not only what I‘d dropped but fluff, dirt, cigarettes, underwear,masks and lots of unidentifiable things that had probably been there for months. We asked for the room to be cleaned the next morning. This was done in such a sloppy manner that the cobwebs and fluff in each corner of the room wasn’t touched. We are really not fussy people and realize that standards in other countries are different but this was just dirty and not acceptable for a room of this price!

Good place, nice location. Could improve for the room

The Santai bistrot was a nice place. Food was delicious, ate there for all 3 meals. The chicken coconut curry was one of the best i had. The beach is super near and clean. Staff were helpful in the bistrot and reception lady was nice. The swimming pool was awesome, had a good relaxing evening

The room was below average since only 2 of the bulbs were working. Was dark during the day. Bathroom door was very loud when opening and closing. Found some big lumps of dust near the beds. Staff in the bistrot are a bit slow when taking orders.

the room was dirty when we arrived, the staff is absent (couldn’t book any activities), the water evacuation in the bathroom doesn’t work and there is water everywhere

Hotel is beside beach with sounds of waves, nice view with chill air at nights.

It's in opposite side of ferry station, the road is like mountain area one, must use 4 wheel drive, drivers force to get in the fwd's back box like luggages if group of people. This hotel doesn't arrange transport when I requested in chat & call, they said will see & kept quiet only. We are 3 guys got wet in the rain while back to ferry from hotel, bcs we were at back of hilux without roof. Driver doesn't care about all this & not slow driving. Dear friends try to get hotels in tekek or same side of that area. Will be easy for transport, I saw some normal cars also there.

Value for money

Excellent location, just next step to Kg Juara jetty. Spent earlier days at other 4star resort but I feel like repeating to this santai bistro compared to earlier resort, makan pun senang!

Overall I Enjoyed my Vacation.

The Location and the View. The room quite Big and its value for the Money that I paid. The foods are good and there are a lot restaurant nearby. Its suitable for Privacy as the Bach not so crowded.

No transport service provided and Its quite Expensive when we hire a Driver for takes us from TEKEK to JUARA. Its cost e RM30 per person. Beside on next day when we wanted to travel to TEKEK and rest of the place the transport Cost me 350 for 2 Hours. Which is more expensive than my room.

The room was spacious and the toilet is new. the pool was surprisingly big. it is located right in front of private beach.

there were sand on the floor when we checked in.
