Quiet and great breakfast

Spatious, clean and comfortable apartment. Great breakfast in the on-site restaurant, with very kind and helpful staff. We stayed on the 6th Dec and they even cared for a surprise from Santa Claus ;)
Despite being a large apartment with a large dining table and even a fridge, there are absolutely no plates/cutlery available and a microwave would also be very useful

The room was excellent: spacious, modern, and sparkling clean.
We were very impressed by the shower, which had fantastic water pressure and consistent hot water.
The quality of the towels and the bedding was also very high and comfortable.
The included breakfast was very good, and we had no problems with the service there.
A major bonus was the inclusive, on-site parking. It was very easy to access and felt secure.
Our main complaint was the road noise. Our room faced the main road, and the traffic was very loud, which kept me awake. We would strongly recommend asking for a quiet room away from the main road.
There was also a significant communication failure from the hotel staff. At check-in, the reception desk specifically told us we could eat at the hotel restaurant, but we were later refused service (as we were not 'half-board' guests). This was incorrect information and very frustrating.

The rooms with the jacuzzi are designed quite well although they are all on the main street site.
For 4 stars luxury hotel the spa area shall be free of charge
Buffet was quite poor not enough variety overall and vegetarian options in particular.
We were with 4 month old baby located in the site building. The restaurant and wellness area are located in the main building. The weather was pretty bad so for us was extremely unpractical to go to breakfast, dinner and wellness. Bath robbe was not for free either.
