Dream place!

La villa est superbe, très confortable, tout équipé, avec une vue indescriptible. Il faut le vivre pour ressentir la quiétude du lieux. La piscine est superbe. Tout le staff est adorable. Je veux deja y revenir car c'etait vraiment incroyable. Calme et sublime endroit. Je l'ai deja recommandé autour de moi. Je reviendrai...

Juste une petite chose. La TV ne diffusait pas de chaine. On a juste regardé quelques vidéos via YouTube. Mais au final, on s'en est bien passé.

Exceptional

We had the 5 bedroom villa with pool. And were with a group of friends. The Villa is huge and had a Pool billiard, a sleeping room with bathtub, 4 normal sleeping rooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen and an outstanding outdoor area with pool and the lounge area. Everything was perfectly clean. We could watch the sunset perfectly from our pool area, which was absolutely stunning. There are 3 different food deliveries to choose from. Those were ok but there is better food in Thailand elsewhere. You can call the staff to bring you up and down the hill before 18.00

Pretty minor, but: After 18.00 you need to walk up to the Villa, which is pretty steep. You should bring drinks and Snacks from 7/11. 2 of the 3 Restaurants close pretty early around 18.00.

very special, easy to relax and chill.

Bay villa staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Due to quieter time we received an upgrade to one of the more modern villas which we really enjoyed. The villa pool and space was very modern, clean and luxurious. We received a very warm welcome on arrival in taxi then at villa. The villas are set high on the hill so a service is provided to transport to lovely local Haad Salad beach that has a very charming Salad Hut restaurant and numerous other choices. Walking up the hills is challenging especially in the heat. Hire of scooters available but more confidence required to drive in this hilly area. We loved the views from our villa and quieter and lush, treed location. Food deliveries also available.

3rd bedroom downstairs with bunk bed small but master bedrooms upstairs were beautiful.

Amazing staff, top service! Restaurant is amazing, coffee is great! :) they organized motorbikes for us

Villa is needs some renewals, lamps are not clean, outdoor furniture has holes, ir feels like this villa is 10 years old

Group on vacation

The customer service was excellent, the team was super accommodating and welcoming. The interior design of the space is beautifully done. Everything you need in the villa is there.

The bed can be a little more comfortable, I would also recommend having a car or golf car available in later hours as the villa is in a very steep area.

So I would say it is a nice Airbnb style without service, but definitely not a 5 star villas.

1. New Year lottery, we have won a free transfer to the pier. 2. Free sparking wine on arrivals. 3. Good Wi-Fi 4. Free charcoal after argument about the view. The way of them admired they were wrong.

Misleading the clients, if you book with Expedia or booking you have not a direct views as promised, just a side sea view. When you are complaining about it all you get you should book directly with us. As they have said directly to us if we booked directly we would have a direct sea view. Be aware and ask them what Villa you will get as a lot of them have different views even with the same description 2. The reception is working from 9 to 5. Air conditioning stopped working at 5 a.m and I had to wait till 9 a.m till someone came up and if took them an 1.5 to fix it. So it definitely ruined my New Year night, as I could’ve sleep from 5 a.m to 11 a.m on the 31st of December 3. They do a cleaning just once in 4 days. Be prepared for it. And they supposed to clean on the 4th day, but surprise surprise, first day is not counted, so we have to wait 5 days before the 1st cleaning. 4. Beds are not really comfy and beds sheets are pretty old. Towels are nice

Beautiful property - just not a convenient location.

Beautiful villa with great amenities.

Location is pretty remote. If you don't drive a scooter you're pretty much stuck there. There are no restaurants, mini-marts or anything within walking distance. The villa complex organizes taxis which are extremely over-priced to go anywhere.

- the view is amazing - the appartement is nice and clean - staff is very friendly and helpfully - you can order food, scooter services and breakfast to your room - nice pool

- the airco is directly above the bed and in your face - no laundry soap provides

I would defiantly go there again

well its a very beautiful villa to have with friends and family, the view was stunning and its was very spacious very quite and they had the sound system bulid it so we did play music while we were enjoying the pool

Stunning villa to watch the sunset

Well appointed and well managed villa with lots of space and stunning views, perfect for sunsets by the pool. Super efficient and friendly staff helped us to rent a car and organised a water cooler instead of plastic bottles. Wonderful cafe on site did amazing breakfasts and good coffee.

Very steep incline makes the walk to the beach a challenge for older people

1. No locks for rooms, only the main entry door has a lock. 2. Liquid soap required for bathroom. 3. Cafe service turns off at 16:30.

everything in the villa is so nice & the staff is really nice and will do anything for you. You can rent scooters from resort services and easily drive around the island. You can also get free shuttle to the Salad beach every day. Some restaurants and bars offer delivery directly to your villa, you just add them on Whatsapp and order food.

The up hills can be a bit intense to drive with a scooter or by foot.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bay Villa’s

the view, the view is in one word stunning! The pool that comes with the villa is beautiful and refreshing, and every bedroom is connected to a bathroom, the airconditioning worked perfect. the ataff was very kind and helpful, we stayed in contact during our stay on WhatsApp. this made it easy to get in touch if necessary.

a few things we did not like or could be improved are; - there is no dishwasher, you expect in a villa as Bay Villa that there are dishwashers. We did not asked why. - The view is beautiful because of the location of the villas, the villas are built on a big hill/mountain. and there was no staff after 5pm who could help go up on the hill, I had to do it with a stroller for twins in the heat. I would recommend to hire one person who stays there during “closing” hours who brings guests up on the hill to there villa.

beautiful complex but too far too steep up and not accessible for the average person.

beautiful interiors and of very high finish

it’s on the steepest set of hills I’ve seen- it’s so difficult to get to. it’s a struggle for the average person in the heat to go and get just a drink. it’s not well located as you’re isolated from everyone everywhere. You need to take a shuttle bus from the hotel between the hours of 9-5pm only otherwise pay for a taxi just to get out the complex and get groceries etc.

Unbelievable Villa's and Location!

Bay Villa's is by far the best place I've stayed anywhere from Thailand. The villas are amazing and because of its location there's a sensational view of the beach. The staff are great and help with everything you need and the GM Paul went above and beyond to help with my trip. Thanks to the whole team for an amazing stay!
