The location was superb. The apartment was great and spacious with plenty of facilities like iron, hairdryer and wardrobe space.
The bathroom is a little small and we struggled to shower without splashing the rest of the bathroom. May not be suitable for families as the stairs in the apartment can be quite dangerous

エアコンもあり温度は快適です。部屋はリフォームされていてとてもきれいです。
洗濯機もあり利用できます。（洗剤は見つからなかったので持参したものを利用しました）
キッチンも使いやすく自炊ができます。
頑丈な扉の中に駐車場があるため、安心して車を駐車することが出来ました。
屋根裏部屋なので天井が低く、頭を打つことがありました。
エレベーターがないため荷物を運ぶのが苦労します。
室内はとてもきれいですが、お部屋は古い集合住宅の一室です。集合住宅の落書きに最初は戸惑いました。でも治安は悪いわけではないようです。夜遅くでも問題なく周囲を歩くことが出来ました。

The location is good and the living room is quite spacious. It's a nice building and the host communicated well. The price is good, but there were some issues and I don't think the current 9.5 rating is entirely fair.
The bedroom is tiny and feels quite claustrophobic, the AC doesn't reach it. The shower head needs to be held by hand to use it and everything around it will get wet. The sofa bed had a funny smell in the corner... "city view" and "garden view" are a bit misleading: there's only a few roof lights.

This tastefully decorated apartment was about 1 minute walk away from sightseeing areas, cafes and a supermarket. The owner was very kind and helpful and met us on the street to show us in. Thanks for a great stay.
