Opportunity to heat food in microwave. Use of TV with satellite apps etc. A/c in room was great.

Room was long and narrow with two single beds end to end with table between. Other rooms looked much nicer, but not available when we booked. Photo of double room with external bathroom looked much better for same price. A sink & taps in the common room would be a great improvement. In

Arrived Wednesday late cleaning lady came Thursday but we didn't see her again for four days ran out of towels and loo roll

I was travelling for work in Porto. My office is in Perafita, so I was staying at this Guesthouse for almost 10 days. I had the best experience there. The room, common room and WC were clean and cozy. It felt like home. I liked the Common Room alot it had a dining space, microwave, kettle for making tea coffee, cutlery, tea/coffee and disposable plates and cup. The Common Room is usually quiet, and I often used it to do some work also during the daytime. Paulo was very hospitable, courtesy him, my check-in was very smooth. He took care of all my concerns. My only suggestion is to keep some microwave safe utensils which could ease heating up food. Rest, I would love to stay again here when I would visit next. The location is amazing; it is walking distance from Matsinhos Sul area, beach and from Metro. Obrigado por me receberem PS: While I was staying here, the Ponte movel de Leca was under renovation, therefore, I had to take a longer route to work and also led to longer distance to Leca de Palmeira. The bridge would be under renovation till September or October, 2026. Though it was not much of an inconvenience.

Nothing to dislike

Location is good, room is spacious. Clean and quiet.

Double bed for two persons is not good! too small and you rol to the middle . Exit door need to be fixed cause it slams hard, and in the night this slaming might wake people up.
