Great location, very good value for money. We needed a 4am check and they happily accommodated this for a small surcharge. Well positioned for views of the lake from the room, And especially from their rooftop restaurant.
Hotel is a bit tired in places but nothing major and for the price we were quite happy staying there.

Excellent staff
wash rooms were not clean and air condition was charged extra where as that was also not working properly.
I did not get breakfast as had to leave early but they did not have any packed stuff either, i was told there will be buffet for breakfast but nothing of that sort
