Spacious room and bathroom for 4. The mattress of the double bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to the old entrance of the Salina. Restaurant was very good, although slow as others have commented. People in the restaurant were friendly. Spa was ok, we enjoyed it.
Two receptionists could be characterized as unfriendly. Booking was for 4, but the sofa-bed for the kids was not ready when we checked in, towels were also for 2 people only. This can happen. After a bit of hesitation from the receptionist's side and a bit of insisting from ours, we got extra towels and the sofa-bed was prepared; one pillow and one duvet were provided, while we have two kids. We again asked for one more duvet and, instead, we got an interrogation from the second receptionist on "why we didn't ask before", "the lady that prepares the rooms is not working at these hours", "how old are the kids" (meaning they could share the duvet?) etc. Bottom line: guests may request extra things at any time during their stay and the hotel should be able to provide them. Also, given there is an available spa, towels should be provided generously, as they get wet and cannot be used for both spa and shower.
Another aspect I didn't appreciate was the air-conditioning. It was very hot outside and the temperature fixed by the reception was good/comfortable, but I personally prefer to be able to regulate the temperature to my taste, which may change when awake or asleep, with no need to ask the reception for this. This is of course a personal thing.
