Apartment 22, floor 3 - we stayed for 2 nights (Tuesday-Thursday) 2 adults and our 14 month old.
1. Great size property - lots of space!
2. Was able to drop bags off a few hours early even though they were still cleaning - very grateful for this!
3. Great facilities including big fridge - we used hob, microwave, kettle and coffee pod machine. There was plenty of cups, cutlery, plates, bowls, pans and some utensils. We also had washing up liquid, sponge, toilet paper, hairdryer all provided.
4. Location was excellent - short walk from main square with restaurants, colosseum plus an array of clothes and food shops. Close to supermarket.
5. Great air conditioning in the bedroom

7. Provided comfortable cotbed and mattress
8. Plenty of storage
Recommendations
1. Town train - 5 euro each, lasts 25 mins, good way for Verona sightseeing and it crosses over the bridge, narration provided by the driver.
2. Pasticceria Barini - I was on the hunt for takeaway coffee for our last morning whilst we packed up, this had just what we were hoping for plus a side of macaroons - incredible choices! Lots of fresh pastries too.
3. Breakfast - Elk bakery was a short walk (7mins) across the bridge. We ate there around 8:30am and was pleasantly surprised by the food options, quality/ presentation.
4. Bra22 - A good drinks stop - 2 beers for 6.50 euros
Aldi - 11min walk from the property, lots of cheap and quirky food options - worth a pit stop. Large fizzy cans were approx 1 euro but cost 3+ euro in restaurants.
5. Hostaria da ugi - Beautiful family run restaurant. Delicious pizza and pasta options
We did go into the arena, but they were prepping for a show so over half the arena covered. If you’re not fussed, the outside is pretty enough .
1. Shower felt small
2. Lift is ridiculously small - was a squeeze with a pushchair and luggage. Had to send the luggage separately.
3. Had to go up stairs (only 5) to get to the lift and to get from the lift into the property (only 3), this was not fun when by yourself
4. Living room air con leaked
5. Broken floor bar between rooms - wasn’t sealed down

Location was great.
The bathroom was not clean. Hair on the floor. Toothpaste residue on bench in bathroom. Kitchen dirty on ledge under the dishwasher.

Location
Hot water did not flow automatically when you turned on tap. It seems you had to push buttons on hot water heater but there was no house manual and ItalianFlat did nothing when we asked for help. They just ignored us. I would want to be there in cold weather!
