Excellent

I used booking.com many times and this hotel made us feel comfortable and we were welcomed and felt like home during our stay.

Pool, calm, spacious room, staffs are kind Very close to all kind of stores

No cup, no spoon, no duvet🙁... no crochet, no where to put clothes... The small sarpet on the floor at common hall- kitchen, at the borrom of the stairs- are awfully moldy that smelt very bad each time i pass by.

A good place to stay

Close proximity to supermarkets in case you forgot some essentials. Barbeque area is available for free. Billiard table is available at a minimal cost. Pool is clean with sunbeds and it wasn't crowded. They have tables and chairs near the pool area where we dined together. Staffs are helpful and accommodating. Room is spacious and surprisingly their restrooms have bidet! And the place is worth the price even if it's a last minute booking.

The internet connection is not too strong for us to work remotely.

Clean, presentable, good value for money

Clean, simple, and presentable. Staff are also nice and hospitable. The villa has a view of the swimming pool. The superior room has limited space. Good enough for sleeping overnight. Surprisingly, it has its own parking space on the ground floor, just below the room.

Because it is Tagaytay, the weather is cold. Hence, the water in the swimming pool is freezing cold. We were not able to enjoy the swimming because of the cold temperature.

The location was in a out of the way place that it is difficult to commute.

Aside from the price per night, the room service menu was okay. I also liked the parking for the motel type of room that we had. Someone will open and close the gates.

Extended room service. Room service is only from 7am - 7pm. The rooms were so old. The bathroom was moldy that I needed to use sleepers while showering. The stairs to the room were so steep my husband fell on our 2nd day.

A simple vacation with a simple accomodation

I like the spacious room and accomodating employees, the food, though a lil bit pricey

not enough parking space & the location which is a little bit far from the center

A big bang for the buck!

We lowered our expectations, but rooms exceeded our expectations. Rooms are spacious in building 2. It has swimming, but we were not able to swim due to the cold weather.

Water pressure was not enough to use the shower in building 2. We advised the front desk, but still the same. Bidet was not cleaned.

I liked that it has a homey vibe to it. They also have very fast wifi anywhere in the hotel. The staff were all so nice and chill. Lastly, the servings of the food were plenty. Makes us want to stay more.
