Alberto, the owner was very helpful and responsive.
Unfortunately we were disappointed with this place.
The outside looks different than on the pictures on the Booking - there is no sitting area under the roof. There is a table and chairs as well as sofa outside, but not in the shade. The entrance is on the side of the building. Place is tiny and has no kitchen. There is no option to make a proper breakfast - no cooking option. There is fridge, microwave and coffee machine and plenty of sweets provided by owner. This place is rather for people who like sweets for breakfast like Italians. Don't get me wrong, it is fine to serve only sweets, just I wish we knew that so we would not book it. There is also no space to sit in the kitchen annex - table is very little and space very limited. But the worst thing was the plastic plates and cups. This place is not eco friendly at all. We kept washing the plastic cups and plates in the sink in the bathroom, otherwise we would produce a lot of garbage. And evening wine didn't taste good in a plastic.
