The place met my expectations based on the photos on Booking.com. It's a decent place if you're on a budget, which has the very basic necessities. The washroom and the dorm are kept clean. It's about 1.2 kms away from the East gate of the Taj Mahal, which is the best gate to enter the Taj Mahal. Pro tip: East gate has all the facilities provided for free and is more organized than the other gates. The place is safe to stay, and the staff is friendly and very helpful.
A lift could be kept for easy access.

It’s very near to Tajmahal East gate…just only 1km I prefer to go by walk…reception was very humble &good nature person. We had dinner at the top of property….after checkout we have to go for sight seeing and the hotel kept our luggage safe till we return

The staff are fantastic, they are so helpful and will go out of their way for you. They helped us book train tickets and didn't expect any additional payment for doing so. The location is ideal, 15-20 minute walk to the Taj up the East Gate. There's other hostels and cafes on the same street, so you won't struggle to find decent food. The bed was comfy, room was clean and spacious. Rooftop communal area was ok. Wifi was the best we've had in India so far. They kept our luggage all day, again no hidden fees or expectations. We felt safe and looked after.
The bathroom wasn't that nice and you need to ask for hot water every time you want to shower. The decor is tired. But it's a budget hostel so we were not expecting luxury and it didn't ruin an otherwise great stay.
