The setting is great and the dinner cooked by Padma was delicious. Amazing value and we loved walking in the morning by the lake and the swimming pool was an added bonus. Well worth stopping on route to the east coast.
Some of the sockets weren’t working and Wi-Fi very patchy.

The hotel was in a lovey, calm area and it felt so tranquil and relaxing next to the lake. The owners weren’t out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The food was amazing. He even arranged a driver to come meet us 80km away and drive our Tuk Tuk to their property as we couldn’t in the dark. They were so helpful and kind I wish we had had more time to enjoy the pool.
The bathroom needs a bit of updating.

Beautiful location by a lake and the property neatly positioned with trees to keep it shady. Clean room and really sweet host. We stopped here after driving down the B502 and it was definitely worth it. Lovely early morning walk around the lake spotting birds and bats !
Nothing … maybe a sign out front .. we went slightly past the entrance in our tuktuk and then it was tricky but the owner came out and assisted
