I had a wonderful stay at the Polanin Hotel, and I would especially like to thank the entire team for their warm welcome and kindness.
A huge thank you, especially, to the lovely ladies who take care of the housekeeping and who are of Ukrainian origin. They are absolutely wonderful—very kind, always smiling, and incredibly thoughtful. They do their work with so much care and heart, and I truly believe they deserve special recognition.
The hotel also benefits from an excellent location. It is situated in the Fatih/Laleli district, making it easy to reach several important places in Istanbul on foot. The Grand Bazaar, Süleymaniye Mosque, shops, restaurants, and public transportation are all nearby. Vezneciler Metro Station is also just a few minutes’ walk away, which makes getting around the city very convenient.
I particularly enjoyed being able to explore a large part of the historic city center on foot while still having public transportation nearby whenever needed.
Thank you once again to the entire Polanin Hotel team for your warm welcome, and above all, a big thank you to the housekeeping ladies for their kindness and hard work. They truly helped make my stay so enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and, above all, for the kindness of its staff.

Cet hotel est magnifique par son personnel, Murad et Mustapha sont très sympathiques et serviable, ils nous ont toujours donné les bons conseils et ont toujours été là pour nous aider à et nous orienter vers les meilleurs plans. tout le personnel est souriant et sympathique. je recommande vivement cet établissement, car il est dans un endroit stratégique de la ville d'Istanbul, tout proche du tramway et de la station de Metro de Vezneciler et celle de Onikapi, du coup tous les lieux importants d'Istanbul vous pourrez les visiter avec le transport publique avec la carte Istanbul.
