Spacious and clean apartment with high ceilings and modern facilities. 4th floor with a lift. Simple entry directions. Perfect location - few steps from the tram line stop, which worked at night as well. Very close to the Margit island, many shops and restaurants around.
No communication with the agency on the day of arrival, no answer to the WhatsApp call or message. The key instructions received a minute before the check in time, and only after sending an email to Booking, which was a bit nervous.
The shower is behind a glass wall and close to the bed, with no curtain - not a problem for a single guest but may be inconvenient for others.

The location was good with easy access to public transport on the Buda side of the city. Restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood.
Large bathroom with a good shower.
Access to ironing facilities and cleaning items if needed.
Good lighting in the room.
Generally - no frills and reasonable value.
We found the studio to be a bit cramped. The bed is pushed against the wall. Fortunately, we were out and about most of the time.
There's no storage space to put suitcase away, or to store clothes - 2 hooks and 3 coat hangers.
The kitchenette does not have a sink, so getting water to fill the kettle , washing up cups, etc, has to be done in the bathroom.
