Clean Rooms and Polite Staffs. Room was cleaned everyday n new toiletries were added. Staff was helpful.
The toilet is open concept. Great for Solo travellers. But if you are just friends, do note that the toilet for deluxe room has no locks or door

The hotel offered excellent value for the price. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel at home. The room was nicely arranged and the overall environment was pleasant.
Everything was generally good, and we did not have any significant issues during our stay.

I like everything. the room was comfortable, the bed, the bathroom is huge. close to yeoksam station exit 3, the exit 3 got elevator if you bring heavy luggage. Gs25 and coffee bean just a few steps away. Got speaker in the room and clean. can drop luggage.

The good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right near from the station and is walkable to Gangnam. We feel like that’s the only good thing. The hotel facility is by far the standard of three star hotel. They also not allowed to bring just a snack or lunch to eat in the 1st lobby which the concern about the smell interrupting others ( I’m eating avocado sandwich!).
The problem about the room is there’s so many dust in the air which we can observe that is from the low quality bedsheet and blanket that make it really fabric dusty. I had an allergy while sleeping, but not when I’m outside the room. We already asked the hotel to change the bedsheet on the first night, but the problems to occur for the next three nights.
