I loved everything about the Kayon Valley Resort. The location is stunning, and waking up surrounded by the beauty of the jungle felt so peaceful and relaxing.
The service and food were exceptional. We ate at the restaurant every day and didn’t get bored of the menu. I also had a wonderful massage at the spa.
I would highly recommend the hotel, and would definitely book again.

The resort's impeccable service and comfort enveloped us in a blanket of calm serenity, making every moment of our stay feel effortlessly peaceful. Fantastic, spacious room with an infinity pool overlooking the rainforest. Very comfortable, quiet, and well kept. Food in the Kapiti restaurant was superb with a mix of indonesian and western. Service from all the staff was fantastic . Always friendly and with a smile.
No complaints and would recommend to anyone.
Only (minor) downside was that breakfast was all brought to the table almost at the same time rather than being spaced out allowing you to finish one course before being served the next. Meant the table got a little cluttered and some of the food not as warm as it could have been. Nothing that couldn't be easily fixed :)

Valley location secures unbeatable views
Overall villa desing was very wrong, in door area extremely small. Overall details from decor to attitude of staff was very mediocre. The hotel felt like a 2-3star property. No quality in details. There was an overall pushy attitude to sell additional services. Some staff members are trying to make too much non sense small talk. To me this hotel looked super tacky and badly
maintained.
