I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to assist and made everything easy and comfortable. The location is beautiful, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

- good location near to city centet and shopping mall.

- poor breakfast that does not fit a 4 star hotel.

Clean and close to the centre.
Bedding is good and comfortable
No soundproofing, noise from the main road disrupts sleep.
Furniture is quite old
Breakfast is not diversified, just ok

Location
Poor Hygiene level as the bed linen was not fresh and when asked they offered to change the room that I accepted but i had to repack my stuff at about two pm as it was a late booking/ check in .The matress was too saggy that I could not sleep well and AC in our second room did not work until 3 PM night and despite several calls by the guests they did not turn up to fix the problem . The waiter who turned up to understand the issue of the dirty bed linen spoke rudely.
