Very good

Everyone was very accommodating and extremely helpful. The studio apartment was spotless as was the whole villa.

The studio apartment had everything you need, it just was basic no luxuries so perfect if you just want somewhere to stay that meets that requirement. However the villa itself offers many extra facilities

Very good

Luka's place is a very nice place as it is clean, new and quiet. It offers some great extras as free airport shuttle and has a fridge from where you easily can buy a beer or soda. Luka and his staff is also very friendly. The pool was not too busy any time during our stay!

The walk to town is short but challening with a steep hill and some stairs. It's not a problem though if you are somewhat young and fresh;)

Short stay but very impressed

My family and I stayed at Apartments Villa Lukas on a very hot july day before an evening flight from Dubrovnik Airport. We received a warm welcome. Situated a few minutes walk from Cavtat marina, the building is very bright and has a view of the sea (at least from room 8). Every aspect of these apartments has been set up to enhance the experience for their customers. We were very impressed. Highly recommended.

We loved this hotel/apartment and wish we could have stayed longer! Luka and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were great and the amenities were fantastic. Just a short walk to the town and easy access to food/markets for any essentials.

Amazing must stay in Cavtat

The apartment was beautiful! Clean and comfortable with everything you need. The shared kitchen space with coffee and drinks for sale was a great touch as it was lovely to enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine after a busy day exploring. Lukas is a great host, sorting us boat tickets for a trip to dubrovnik and we were even given a lift to the airport by the host. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

I could not fault the apartment. Every thing about it was excellent.

Nothing to do with the accommodation it is a bit of a climb up hill. You have to be fit for it.

Perfect stay in cavtat with a gorgeous view

The apartment is located 10 minutes walking distance from cavtat. We were debating staying in cavtat or Dubrovnik and I’m so happy we decided on cavtat. It is much more chill and so beautiful. The host was so nice and accommodating. We loved our gallery studio and especially the view of the water from our balcony. Highly recommend!

Very clean, staff were super helpful and assisted with car rental. Great facilities - pool, hot tub and sauna. Unlimited ice, free morning coffee. Complete kitchen facilities downstairs aswell as cooking facilities in the apartment, we had everything we needed. Clean towels to grab ourselves when required. Beautiful art in the room and lovely gallery and studio downstairs. Nice sea view and balcony. Very modern, would stay again! <3

There was nothing we didn't like, a BBQ would have been a good extra, along with longer pool opening times.

In a nice quite location. Small supermarket very close by and a nice good value local restaurant.

Luka was very friendly and helpful at check in, easy and quick to be shown our room. Nice pool area and Luka was helpful and friendly and available if needed. We got a free taxi ride back to the airport, which I think he provides if possible, which was fantastic. 15 minutes walk down to town which is fairly small but has a good selection of restaurants and bars. Cavtat is picturesque and a lovely and relaxing area. We stayed 4 nights.

We stayed in a gallery studio apartment which was a bit tight for space downstairs, had to mind your head with the stairs as far as I remember! Walk back up from the town is 15 minutes uphill and would be difficult for older or people with difficulties.

Excellent

Villa Lukas is an oasis of calm. Lukas was very welcoming and even drove us to the town in pouring rain as well as to the airport. The bed is very comfortable. Overall Villa Lukas is a really great place to stay

Lukas was friendly, approachable and always available. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Location is slightly out of Cavtat and at the top of a steep hill.

I’d like to visit again

It was a bit aside from the center of Cavtat and that was a good thing, no neighbours at your sight from the balcony. Sea view, though there was this construction site but it was quiet on summer season so I didnt really mind in the end. Coffee machine downstairs. Free ride back to airport (it can cost up to 20 euros by taxi so its a big plus).

Some other guests’ kids were quite loud and splashy at the pool but thats not accommodations fault really.

Great facilities, good location, clean, tidy with helpful and friendly hosts. Rooms were also clean

The hosts were very helpful at check-in, gave us lots of information about the local area. Showed us around the facilities and to our room. Generally very welcoming and friendly. Tea and coffee machine was great and was an unexpected treat. Good location, it was up a hill on the way back to the apartment but it did not stop up walking to town and the beach. Towels in the room were changed and towels for the pool was provided.

The room was very small for our family of 5. The pool closed at 7pm when there were guests still using the pool and would have continued to use it if it wasn't time to leave, especially at such a lovely time of day.

Owner Luka arranged collection and return to airport included in the price of the stay, he was very helpful giving local tips for bars, restaurants, boat trips etc. He had a great coffee machine for morning coffee and had a supply of cold drinks self service with an honesty box for payment. The pool while small was great, very clean, lots of sunbeds and the aspect was excellent getting sun from morning to night. The supermarket is very close and has all you need and the local restaurant was great value with good food and beer.

Getting to the town was downhill but coming back the laneway was steep, a tip i learned was to use the road and not the lane, the gradient was less along the road and there is a good footpath and shade too.

VIlla Lukas has been a pleasure!

The facilities at Villa Lukas are by far the best we have experienced on our europe travelling trip. The pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna are extremely well kept! The apartment common spaces have lots of personal touches, a small book library and a shared kitchen with a artist gallery and small jewellery shop next to. We have felt at home at Villa Lukas for our first trip to Croatia we could not recommend enough!

Apartment was lovely and clean. Had everything we needed. Balcony that got the sun in the afternoon each day. Pool area is very nice. Access to clean towels for pool /beach each day. Small well stocked gym. Access to coffee making facilities. Owner couldn't have been more helpful in organising whatever we needed for day trips etc. Free transfer to and from airport. 5 minute walk from town. Beaches not much further. We loved it. Very uphill walk on way home - we were fine with it. Didn't take long but something to take into consideration.

Fantastic accommodation, people and location. Would return!

Lovely rooms with everything you need. The coffee machine and communal drinks fridge was a great extra and everything was kept clean and tidy. The owner and staff are all fantastic.

The apartments are located at the top of a steep hill which takes you down into the main town of bars and restaurants. Saying that; it wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

Nice apartment, Luka is helpful and friendly host. Cool gallery room in basement with drinks and coffee self-service. Pool provides very welcome refreshment. Cavtat is a nice base fo Dubrovnik by boat and cool laid-back town on its own.
