Incredible views of Budva old town and the coastline. Spacious and comfortable and clean apartment which was a great size for our group of 5 people. Lovely pool area and plenty of pool loungers to pick from
The location is a 15-20 minute walk from the old town and slightly further to the beach front area. Whilst this isn’t far the steepness of the hill on return should not be underestimated, and the roads could be quite dangerous at night. If a taxi was not prebooked the taxi rank in the old town would try to charge €30 for the short drive which is excessive. The pool area is lovely but due to location far away from any shops or would be useful to have a small shop / bar / snack bar.

We really liked the view from the highest apartment, it was spacious, comfortable and the hotel staff was extremely accommodating and kind.
One thing I’d point out. There was still a piece of shit under the rim of the toilet when we got the apartment and the shower drain smelled a bit.

Fab view over Budva Bay and Old town. Spacious and comfortable apart. Very helpful staff. Nice pool.
It’s located up the top of a steep hill so while it’s only 12/13 mins down to the Old Town it’s a tough return. Taxi home, with some looking for €20! Couple of small issues with curtains, showers but nothing major.
