Struttura a gestione familiare con una buona posizione sulla strada per Terni, servizi ottimi ed essenziali, il personale è molto disponibile e cortese. Noi eravamo dei cicloviaggiatori e abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort di cui avevamo bisogno. L’Albergo è dotato anche di un comodo ristorante.

The hotel was the perfect location for me! The rooms were clean and comfortable and some have an amazing view. Pina was an incredible and gracious host and breakfast was amazing!!! Highly recommended.

This family-run hotel is located just off the Camino of St. Francis. We also had dinner in their restaurant, and the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

Very clean room and bathroom, amazing food and friendly staff.
On the approach, it looks a little deserted and almost shut down but inside the decor and particularly the restaurant is modern and new and so are the rooms. The exterior needs to reflect what a great place this is!!

I really love staying at family run hotels. There is always so much care and attention paid to cleanliness and comfort in the room, and to making sure a Pellegrino has enough to eat! Grazie, grazie!

Location was prefect for an overnight stop on the Via di Francesco. Restaurant was lovely - the food and service outstanding.

Good lighting and ventilation. Loved having my own patio. Room darkening shades and curtains were appreciated. Easy access to the restaurant. A bonus for giving me early access to my room

the staff were very kind and welcoming. The pizza restaurant was excellent.
The heat was not on so it got chilly at night and the wifi did not work.

The room was simple but comfortable and clean. The temperature was a bit chilly but there were lots of blankets and we slept well. The beds were comfortable. Despite the hotel being on a main road the room was surprisingly quiet at night. We were walking the Via Di Francesco and we also ate at the Archi restaurant. The food was very good and incredibly inexpensive. I recommend the hotel and the restaurant.

We were well taken care of with personal attention by the owners. The room had a terrace which was great, the room and bathroom were larger than normal and the room was well equipped. The restaurant was great with a diverse menu.
