Excellent, very central location (with windows closed it was quiet enough even on a Saturday night). Room was clean and functional with enough space, a table and chairs; exactly as shown on the photos. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful; check-in and check-out was smooth.
A least one of the mattresses felt a bit worn.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Good location near the center area and sightseeings in Augsburg. Breakfast was also good for this price :) Room was okay and clean and it had a sink which is a big plus. Towels were also in the room.
There was just one shower for all the floor and it got quite dirty during the day because (many?) people used it. There was not enough sockets in the room, and not any near the bed or the floor. There is not any elevator so if you travel with heavy luggage or wheel chair etc. is not a good choice. Also the walls are very thin, so you hear everything from the another rooms and from the street. We stayed in the middle of the week just one night, so our stay was quiet in the night time. The sink pipes was making noise during the night in our room.
