it is my 2nd stay in the area. the property is in a great quite location through the park surrounded by green and nice trees. Far from the touristic crouwd noise but closely located in the old town. it is a great pleasure to wake up every morning, go through the park with trees ,birds and cats and get out directly in the old town. the room is big and has nice view over the old houses. the sitting area outside is really nice. the restaurants near the property and the Akandia gate are very useful when indicating pick-up locations for food delivery or taxis. Going to the main beach is a 30 min walk through all the old town which is a great walk to discover the old city. 2 airconditions, one if the liviging room, the other upstairs in the room, so each space can have a different temperature.
bathroom requires some modernization /maintenance work. it's an old building which is very charming in middle of nature so don't be disturbed by cats or bugs.

Nice outdoor area to sit and also a good balcony, there was a seperate lounge area to the bedroom in massionette 4. Kitchen was good and the property is in a good location
Stairs up to the bedroom are a little steep.

Great location, right in the old town. We were provided with everything, shower gels and shampoos, two towels per person. Great indoors, two story house with nice decorations
Huge amount of ants, felt like we were living in their house, also dishes were provided only for two people, when we were 3. Shower curtain is very needed, the whole bathroom was floating after shower
