The couch, comfy bed, bedside tables, coffee table, two large TV'S and good heating. Quiet despite being on main highway. Good parking.
Condition of microwave (rusting and flaking ceiling).
No spare pillows and existing pillows were very flat.
Kitchen lacked a frypan, whisk, egg lifter, grater and a cloth to wipe sink and spills.

Have stayed here alot due to travelling to Bendigo. Has all what is required to cook with a kitchen. Has 2 Big smart TVs which is always a bonus for streaming.
