The property is well maintained and the villa are organized with privacy in mind.
The side walk in the surrounding areas are narrow and not easy to walk. But this is an issue everywhere in Bali.

Room location. Staff, food and service.

Beautiful villas in Ubud, exceptionally warm staff and very grounded in Balinese culture. One definitely has to be mentally prepared for the "nature" vibes that are present in the villa though i.e. outdoor shower and toilet. If you like nature then you'll love it but if you're more sensitive, maybe not. Overall a great stay and would recommend!
We had intermittent issues with the safe in the room.
