Logement propre, zone commune agréable, salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle

Les portes font énormément de bruit, l'endroit est plutôt bruyant et la communication avec l'hôte est très mauvaise. Nous avons cherché à la contacter par message whatsapp à notre arrivée mais l'hôte ne répondait pas. À notre départ, pas de communication sur les modalités de sortie et aucune réponses à nos nombreux messages.

Sympathique petite chambre avec le nécessaire. La gérante est vraiment très très gentil et cherche à vous aider, conseillé pendant votre séjour. Un réel coup de coeur de notre voyage en argentine

Very comfortable room. Cozy common areas. Friendly and helpful staff made us feel so welcome.

Our host was really lovely and the place was great, super clean and comfortable. She also gave us lots of information on things to do in the local area.

This home is set up with everything a traveler needs. The host and staff are delightful, kind and helpful. It was convenient for everything . I don't speak Spanish . The host spoke English which helped me tremendously

I had a difficult time finding the number of the property when I arrived in town. I came in just as it was getting dark. Because the home I saw in the booking photos was hidden behind a fence , I didn't recognize it .Some local women walked the street with me until it was found ..Perhaps a number plate on the gate of the house would help travelers not familiar with Tilcara . Typically a Map App on the phone would direct me but WiFi was not available in town or in the valley from Jujuy.

Location, bath room was clean, cheap

I think this is a closet converted to a room. It's tiny and you cant open the window. For the price I guess it's alright for a 1 night stay, but that's it. Also, I almost missed the check in because the owner needed to "go to a class"... seriously?

I booked Suyay for two nights and end up staying over a week. Mica, the owner, is super knowledgeable about Tilcara and its surroundings. Beyond the regular touristic attractions, she can recommend unique places to visit and eat. The house is warm and cozy, and Laila (dog) and Aretha (cat) made you feel at home. Every morning Sandra waited for me with delicious varieties of local bread and I met some very nice people at breakfast. The house was always clean, the bed is comfortable and the rooms are beautifully decorated. But the best of all was becoming friends with Mica! We went out to eat, had mate together, and had long and great conversations. Suyay will be my forever home in Tilcara. I can't wait to go back!

I wish I could give more than a 10 rating! this place was exactly what I needed to relax on my trip, the host went above & beyond to help me and I couldn’t be more grateful, her dog & cat were very cute and great company also! this is a great place for solo travellers in need of a bit of r&r and peace from a lot of travelling around, the facilities were wonderful and very clean.
