Its in a very location easy access to essential attractions and walking distance to the beach. Staff are excellent, security staff, bar staff and room attendance staff are all very caring and wonderful. The kids love the pool.
The only issue is the rooms are bit tired and furniture needs looking into, bathrooms needs anti-slippery tiles but allovrall great place to stay.

Accommodations, location and very friendly and welcoming staff
The numerous power outages and the lessening of generator backup. However we understand that it was due to the crountry’s crisis of insufficient power.

Very peaceful. Feel like your own home. Amazing value for the price. 15 minutes walk to the beach and very close to bars and restaurants.

Staff were extremely helpful and dealt with the complaints as quickly as possible.
The location is walkable distance to many bars and restaurants. Excellent Bakery over the road.
Beds very comfortable, rooms large.
The Manager is working hard to improve the building and facilities but this is work in progress. Manager kindly arranged a free airport transfer as compensation.
Nearer the highway than expected and air quality often poor. If local tourist bars etc had been in full swing ( it was Ramadan therefore quieter) it would be noisy.
Limited functioning furniture in one bedroom, could only open 2 small drawers in bedside cabinet and only a cabinet on one side of bed, no other drawers.
Had to report a number of complaints from leaking air conditioning unit to area in bathroom not cleaned. We were locked out due to faulty lock on a number of occasions which was only rectified properly when the housekeeper locked us all out 😂!
