This hotel has nothing to do with paradig mall. It is your misleading of the customeror YP. Hotel misinterpretion of its location.

Clean, good internet, ATM is a 2 mins away walk, good food options around, mall around the corner.
Hot water, comfortable bed, AC. They have an iron you can use anytime. Everything went perfectly. Nothing bad to say.

Room was just okay
the location of the hotel on booking.com was so misleading. It is not in Pradigm Mall. You should put the exact address and the telephone number of the property not some number in Singapore for a hotel in Malaysia. The road to the hotel was badly lit and dark. Felt very unsafe to go out at night. No customer parking / designated parking.
