The bed was uncomfortable and there were works ongoing next door; though the works were obviously not the hotel’s fault!!

Good value for money..i was so pleased with it i actually stayed 1 extra night there.The staff were extremely helpful and courteous.The location was close to rawai beach,restaurants,bars,retail outlets.Its not brand new but its very clean,the apartment i was in had a kitchen ,fridge,grill,microwave,coffee maker,electric kettle,so well fitted..

Stayed for 10 days and loved this resort! The staff are amazing, two swimming pools and the beach is just a 2-min drive away.

Charming courtyard pool that never seems to be busy
Definitely not a ‘resort’ on the usual definition.
Maintenance/quality of the new build. Eg doors jam due to poor quality build, door locks and cheapo TVs from china no brand, shower heads stuck to wall with superglue. Repairs seem to be superglue based too (eg plastic chairs)
Waft of cannabis smoke often. A pity they won’t ban it at the hotel.
Owner is a bit of a passive-aggressive bully eg “…you can leave if you don’t like to here” kinda guy. Then at other times smarmy?
