Ololo was the best place we stayed on our entire trip. From the moment we were collected from the airport, everything was seamless, well organised, and we felt genuinely looked after.
We stayed in the Stable Room, which was beautiful and much more spacious than we expected. The staff were outstanding, warm, attentive, and always happy to help. A special mention to Fred, whose fascinating stories and insights into the local culture made our stay even more memorable.
The game drives were truly magical. Our guide was so knowledgable and had an incredible eye for spotting wildlife, and despite the reserve being smaller than some of the safari destinations we considered, we saw an amazing amount and I would definitely recommend it.
After suffering food poisoning earlier in our travels, I arrived just as I started to feel a little better. The food at Ololo was exceptional, fresh, delicious, and some of the best we’ve ever had. From the very first meal, I started feeling much better and everything we tried was so delicious, and their standards are so high. I wish we could have stayed longer so I could try even more.
Ololo exceeded every expectation and was the perfect way to end our trip. It’s worth the money, a seamless trip from the airport and we would 100% return.
