I felt like we stumbled upon someone being there, but how to access the keys and if someone is at reception could have been clearer.
Location is fantastic. There was no AC or fan and it was hot! A fan would be wonderful.

Beautiful clean, comfortable apartment in the heart of Santiago. Up-to-date accommodation in vintage building. I never dealt with staff face-to-face but they were very helpful over the phone.
No complaints. People should be aware, however, that the nightlife in that neighbourhood goes on literally ALL NIGHT. The disco next door raged until 4 am both nights. I was fine with that, but some people may prefer a quieter location.

Nice apartment, unbeatable location. Very comfortable.
Very noisy at night. Kitchen was lacking basic staples and basics (no oil, salt, very limited utensils)

The location was close to the finish of El Camino.
The stuff (a woman on the phone, I called looking for my luggage).she was very rude and unprofessional..
the place was not very clean (hairs on the bathroom floor, and cucarachas in the leaving room). Very noisy, bars right outside and the noise did not stopped until 3:00am.
