Red Lion Corner is a delightful cottage, with traditional oak beams. It is spacious, very comfortable and with almost all the facilities we needed. We instantly felt at home in it. The bedrooms look out onto the beautiful Market Square and were very comfortable - we slept very well! The kitchen was well provided with crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses.
It lacks a dishwasher, but this was not too much of a problem. I personally didn't like the two-sided bread knife (i.e with teeth on both sides). Otherwise perfect!

Proximity to all areas of Lavenham. Very well equipped house for up to 6 guests. Lovely garden and house is very quirky.
Bed in Master bedroom was uncomfortable and creaked and squeaked whenever you moved. Furniture in living room could do with an update.

Love the location. It was right in the town center and interesting shops very close. Fresh herbs in the kitchen! I love that and rose garden behind was truly lovely.
Honestly, the furnishings were a bit shabby and need updating. Furnishings and carpet were worn out and Dusty.
