An amazing home away from home we came for 2 days and stayed for 5. Walter and mirabel are amazing. The rafting on the river was fantastic.
The living area, kitchen, pool and surrounds are fantastic with bird song all day. Incredible hotel.

Beautiful property in the heart of the nature area- great access to birding, hiking, river activities! Wonderful staff and good food!
It is spread out so some of our group was down near river and others up near main lodge. Also rooms varied greatly and so did access to large patio.

The location is beautiful and the communication prior to arriving was great. We were well looked after by Walter (the general manager) and we even got a free upgrade (in March 2026) as the property was quiet. We also appreciated being able to use the kitchen.

The location is incredible, the view from the hotel is fantastic. Walter and Meribel looked after us and were so helpful (despite the language barrier!). Booked a hike through Walter and it was great. There is a kitchen if you want to bring your own food and drink.
Despite what it said on booking.com, there is a restaurant and bar but they were not open (and heard different answers to when they might be), so to get food we had to travel up the road by car to Omega tours every meal. There was nobody else in the hotel, and no staff on site at all, like a ghost town (Walter and Meribel live down the hill and across the road). Basically it's a room in a building and nothing more, but Walter was helpful with anything we needed.
