Location is really good. It’s in the heart of ximending yet has the silence of a neighbourhood. I loved the stay. The staff who were 2 old ladies that maintain the rooms were extremely helpful when we needed some help. Such small gestures impressed us a lot, especially my family. Great place and great stay.
There is just one window, a tiny one but nothing major. Its passable.

Closer to MRT and convenience stores. Quiet street. Kind staff. Bigger room. Bed was comfortable. It has a lift.
Very old. Room is not soundproof at all. You can literally hear people talking in next room Floor carped has so many stains and damaged. Found a cockroach in bathroom. Sometimes getting a bad smell from AC. Its a central AC system and not cooling the room enough. Staff cannot speak English at all.
