Location.

The apartment was poorly equipped and not very clean. First impression was nice but after longer time I have noticed sticky surfaces, someone’s hair in the bed, dirty bathroom, lack of soap. It is also loud in the night but it was not a problem for me. In my opinion it was also overpriced. The place has potential so good luck with organizing it better and nicer for other guests.

Exceptional

Fantastic place not too far away from the bus station. You get a room with airconditioning but not much more. It's not the place for cooking and a long stay. But for a night in the city it's really good.

Top Lage.

Die Wohnung und Einrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Matraze eher dünn, keine Bettwäsche an sich, eher ein Überwurf als Decke, Balkonmöbel waren defekt.
