Überteuertes Zimmer ohne die versprochene tolle Aussicht.

Hervorragendes Bett. Sehr sauber. Großes Bad. Fulda ist mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Es gibt im 2. Stock auch eine Reihe von Komfortzimmern, die keine schöne Aussicht haben, sondern nur einem Blick auf den Biergarten und dessen Glasterrasse. Er kann hier es bis zum Schließen des Biergarten sehr laut werden, dann ist es aber ruhig. Das Hotel erweckt aber mit seinen Fotos den Eindruck, dass alle Komfortzimmer einen tollen freien Blick in die Landschaft haben. Ich bewerte dies als Täuschung. Spätestens als ich bei meiner frühzeitigen Reservierung darum gebeten hatte, ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Aussicht zu bekommen, hätte mich das Hotel darauf hinweisen müssen. Ich fühle mich verschaukelt. Zimmer hatte keinen Kühlschrank, keinen großen Spiegel und war eher sachlich schlicht gestaltet. Auf Wunsch werden beim Frühstück Eierspeisen gemacht. Die Brötchen sind aber Billigprodukte. Die Qualität der sonstigen Produkte ist auch nur durchschnittlich. Die Gestaltung des Frühstücksraumes hat Jugendherbergsniveau. Man sollte sich die Lage des Zimmers vom Hotel schriftlich bestätigen lassen.

Wir sind im Dezember abends 19:00 Uhr angekommen und das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren doch recht kalt

Solide Übernachtung

Nette Menschen angenehme Atmosphäre und sauber. Schöner Ausblick auf die Landschaft.

Das Doppeltbett waren zwei einzelbetten die auseinander gerutscht sind was als paar stört. Die Terrasse hatte kein Dach und keine Stühle. Keine Information im Zimmer zum nachschauen der Frühstücks und Auscheckzeiten. Nur eine Rolle Klopapier.

Our room was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast very nice, lots of choice.

The food is not “homemade” as stated in the menu, rather than prepared with convenient food ingredients.

We will never come back.

The room was clean.

The main entrance is not maintained; there is cigarettes and other trash everywhere. Missing service in general. There were no one in the reception when we arrived (afternoon). We had to walk around and yell “hallo” to find someone who could help us check in. At the check in, we asked if we could eat at the Biergarten in the evening. We were told that it would not be an issue; we were not asked or advised to make a reservation. We arrived at the Biergarten early around 6 pm. We were told to sit at a table in the corner while the waiter found a chair for our child. We were not able to find the mentioned table and asked a different waiter who now told us that they suddenly did not have anything available because they were under staffed. The first waiter came back with a chair for our child, argued a bit with the second waiter and told us that they did not have anything available. We then asked if they could reserve a table for us if someone left, so that we would try and come back 30 minutes later. They refused since they did not make any reservations after 6 pm. We left and had dinner down town.

Exceptional

Excellent location with a great view in a quiet area. We stayed here while traveling as pit stop overnight. Great beer garden and delicious food.

It said check out at 7:00, but no staff before 8:00. we decided to leave the keys and check out anyway. Update the info on booking.com

Exceptional

Very nice hotel with fantastic views to the Rhön. Very nice breakfast with scrambled eggs made for you personally, from real eggs of course. Highly recommended.

Great stay, very nice people.

A good sized room with excellent bed and bathroom, nice terrace, and good heating. The breakfast was good, and the personell was very considerate to my dietry needs. The dinner in the evening was excellent, and not expensive at all. Parking was easy, Wifi was fast. I will be coming here again when I have business in Fulda.

This is something for German hotels in general, and not only meant for the Florenberg: in a lot of countries a coffee and tea facilty is standard in most rooms. I take my own little water boiler with me, but it would be nice to see a little nespresso machine or equivalent in the room. A little fridge would be nice too... :-)
