Very comfortable accommodation for 2 people. Welcome bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch. Home is fully self contained and caters well for dogs. Easy10 minute walk to town.

This cottage was cosy and felt like we were in the country despite being a short walk from the shops and cafes of Daylesford. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view and watching the birds. We would certainly recommend it!

The property needs a little maintenance attention,especially the lawn and garden,however the inside was clean and inviting.It would have been good to receive more than one shampoo and conditioner for two nights and two people.

On arriving to the cottage we were overcome by the smell of strong tobacco...we received a text message from the owner shortly after our arrival, she was very apologetic advising that the previous people had been smoking in the house. We had booked for 2 nights but left after one night as the smell was really awful. 🙃 Not the property owners fault but would have been nice to get a full refund for the inconvenience of having to leave after only stayng the one night.

My partner and I (and our beautiful dog Sasha) really enjoyed our stay at Tara’s. It was cosy & inviting and very close to the town centre. Highly recommend Cliffey’s for breakfast. We were disappointed when we were told the fire place wasn’t operational and Sasha would have loved investigating the lovely garden without a leash as the garden wasn’t gated.
But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This cottage is perfect for a single or couple. It was very clean amd tidy and had everything we needed. Its also in a great location so close to the main strip. And the best part is its dog friendly!!

Super dog friendly. And super nice for grown ups. Its differently only for a couple. The spa bath was great. The location is a bonus, walking distance to town. The kitchen has every thing need for a stay of a night to a week. Will stay again.

Beautiful quiet little cottage close to town with all required amenities - beautiful bottle of wine left for us and comfy warm bed ! Spa was lovely and cottage very clean ! Easy access and gardens beautifully kept. Excellent selections of dvds and games and fetch tv - coffee maker and outdoor settings.
Would highly recommend !

Perfect cottage for our two day break, good design for two people and was very suitable for our Cavoodle dog . We were visited by a friendly Kangaroo Gurri for a few hours until he went home to bed after dark . ie We have 80 kangaroos that
visit us every night on the farm at home

We were disappointed with Roadside parking & having to carry luggage & food etc down the very uneven steps/pavers to the front door! Would be quite dangerous at night or if wet! Front security door didn't lock. Kitchen does not have any cupboard or Pantry area to put groceries/Food items away if you are staying for more than a couple of nights.(as the existing cupboards are full. Crockery needs to be replaced. Living area ,Bedroom & Bathroom were fine. The view from the back porch is lovely but again, the paved area where the chairs are requires attention. We were unable to locate an information book about the Unit requirements & for Emergency No's , Hospitals etc. Located in quiet Street with short walk to City centre.
