Nice and cheap flat, but facilities could use an upgrade

- Kind owners were welcoming and responsive! :) - Flat was clearn! - Very nice views of sea from the terrace which has a table on it! - Flat is equipped for cooking and has some basic pots and pans! - Nice location on beach and beneath Peschici for a very reasonable price!

- Facilities could use improvement: internet did not work in room, fridge did not keep things sufficiently cold (they went bad after a few days); and air-con in bedroom was also not active; got an electric shock from stove; could smell gas when you turn on hot water - If you end up with the room which does not have on site parking you have to park car in a nearby camping (10 minute walk from room). It can be very tricky to find parking near the premise during the day - Not possible to swim in front of bedrooms as it is a small harbour, you will have to walk 5 minutes to nearby beach and pay for an umbrella or just from the rocks. The animation on beaches can be rather loud at times during the day/night

Soggiorno davvero perfetto! L’appartamento a Peschici era pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima e ambiente curato, ideale per trascorrere una vacanza in totale relax. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili e davvero impeccabili. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Tutto perfetto, dall’arrivo alla partenza. Consigliatissimo!

Tovrare il proprietario ad aspettarci

Direi niente, forse più chiarezza nel depositare la nettezza nei d'intorni, certamente non dipendente dai proprietari
