We was stayed there with my wife and with my 3 months infant baby and everything was very good completely we loved the location the room the staff and everything. even canton tower also around there easy for using metro too.
I really liked everything as well , you can find everything specially bank, ATM machines, Mac Donald's, supermarket,

It was clean and well located.
Some of (not all) of the staff need to learn they actually work in hospitality. Basic stuff really, like an occasional smile. It’s a hotel you’ve been employed by, not Customs at an airport.
