Staff courtesy. Rajesh at the Breakfast Buffet was especially courteous and helpful.
TV channel selection was very good.
Breakfast spread and preparation was good.
Pillows didn't match my requirement.
Hot water kettle had issue.

Great room, spacious with all facilities. Very friendly staff. Good restaurant and breakfast.
Surrounding area not really suitable for walking as adjacent to main road. Require car.

Excellent Service from Mr. Saleh and Mr. Khalid. Restaurants were very good and so were kind enough to assist me with my diet..
The room air conditioning was not strong enough on the 14th level and the beds were a tad bit uncomfortable. The pillows also were not too comfortable.

Customer service at the reception meet and greet not good , did not explain about the room , buffet breakfast mostly Indian style, should mix more menus
