Очень чисто. Персонал очень внимательный. Бассейн доступен и по вечерам поздно, что особенно приятно. Мы жили в номере на втором этаже. Номер просторный, высокие потолки, большой душ,шикарный балкон ( он совмещенный на все три помещения второго этажа ) и главное конечно это бесподобный вид на океан. Готовят вкусно, но завтраки однообразные. Предлагается фреш, фрукты и вид приготовленного яйца на выбор. За 7 дней можно устать от однообразия. Нам было в принципе нормально. Один раз обедали - заказывали по меню , было вкусно!

Когда заезжала, нам сначала дали не тот номер, который заказывали. Из-за этого потратили некоторое время и пришлось скорректировать наши планы на день заезда, так как не могли полноценно распаковаться, пришлось ждать , когда вернутся гости из другого номера и нас переселят в итоге. Сыровато в ванной комнате, ощущение что не хватает вентиляции. Полотенца когда становятся влажными отдают затхлостью. Кровати в классическом стиле и с острыми углами- бились об них очень больно ногами всегда. Купаться напротив виллы очень сложно, можно только побарахтаться на волнах, они сильные и течение ощутимо прилично. Для более комфортного купания необходимо пройти налево минут 15-20 по пляжу или ехать на тут-туке в другую часть Хиккадувы. Для нас прогулки вдоль океана были приятными и в удовольствие.

great end of vacation in sri lanka

staff were superfriendly, they took great care of us. chef at the villa was phenomenal. he always cooked for us what we wanted with fresh ingredients. also other employees of villa were always there when we needed them. i recommend it to everyone

The villa is located a little further from the main restaurants, but within walking distance.Great view, very polite staff, delicious breakfasts!This is definitely one of the best places to stay in Hikkaduwa!

We stayed 2 nights st Villa 46. The villa is lovely. The rooms are large and well appointed. Ours was ground floor with our own dining table looking out over the pool to the ocean - perfect. The staff are excellent and very helpful.

A stunning villa on the beach

A stunning villa on the beach. Fabulous bedroom, big bed, balcony overlooking the beach to watch the world go by. Great air conditioning. Lovely breakfast in a lovely setting by the pool looking out over the garden, pool and beach. All the staff are delightful with excellent English. I would not hesitate to return. Perfection

Superb villa with excellent rooms, pool and staff right on the beach in a quiet location.

Breakfast was good. Choice of Sri Lankan or western breakfast. Fresh fruit tea coffee and fresh fruit smoothie Location is right on the beach with superb sunset views and the sound and sight of the waves. On the outskirts of Hikkaduwa so much quieter. Infinity pool is beautiful. Rooms very good size. Very comfy bed. Big shower and tons of hot water. The staff were quiet, polite and helpful. Hearl was lovely.

Ran out of rice flour for plain hoppers 😢. I love hoppers. Coconut rotti instead 3 days running. Internet could be faster. Staff could offer drinks when you’re sitting by the pool. Need more sun lounger cushions. And more parasols.

Best place for quiet and relaxing holiday, away from busy town but at the same time, not too far.

We loved absolutely everything. If you are looking for calm, private, relaxing holiday to take time off from everyday life then Villa 46 is place to do it. First days we were in the villa just the two of us. Amazing! Loooved the food.Thank you Chef Dhammika! Thank you Herl and thank you to our friend who made some awesome towel decorations. We also loved the beach in front of the hotel and what surprised us was that there were no people on OUR beach :))) We really did not want to leave.

Absolutely wonderful

The staff were amazing, as a single traveller they made me feel very welcome and took great care of me. The Chef was extremely accommodating and would prepare special dishes for me so that I could try the local cuisine.

It was a little far from the main bars and restaurants but was nice to have a walk in the evening to get back to the hotel and Tuk tuks were readily available always

Looking for tranquility and privacy, villa 46 is for you

Awesome boutique villa with only 4 rooms. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The beachfront villa was great for sitting outside for breakfast in the morning. The pool was very refreshing and had a great view over the ocean. A few short steps and you are on the pristine beach. The ocean was fairly rough during our stay so we did not swim at the beach outside the property. But as we were going to be snorkelling and scuba diving during our trip, the pool was perfect for us.

We had dinner the first night at the hotel. They offered fresh lagoon prawns as well as a few ocean prawns as the main dish. We appreciate the effort from the chef but it was an average meal.

A perfect stay made possible by a perfect team!

Top Location, more calm part of Hikkaduwa Beach. Staff extremely friendly, always there for information and help if needed. Breakfast nicely presented and of good quality. Rooms very spacious, comfortable and quiet. All in all a holiday to remember and a place to return to.

Fine place to to expensive

Staff was very helpful. Location out to the beach. Food arranged by that staff was of high quality and very tasteful.

Too expensive and there is no transparancy on the price for the villa to arrange a dinner. The price for the dinner for way to expensive compared to a restaurant. The concept as a villa was not the best choise for our family since we prefer a place with a restaurant and bar with transperent prices and a big varity of options. The ratio quality/price is lower than expected since the maintenance of the villa is lacking (some furnitures were broken).

Loved it! Very relaxing..

Fabulous views from our first floor room, huge room, lovely staff.

Some comfy chairs on the lovely balcony outside our room. Get rid of the plastic sun loungers. Better coffee!

great and comfy stay but can be perfect

Rooms were spacious Bed was comfy Airco is loud at lower temperature but acceptable Bathroom was well designed quality materials Nice pool overlooking the beach Coffee was very good (im a coffee fanatic)

sometimes was hard to reach out to the staff. As it is not a conventional hotel. As they would retreat to there quarters. And only means of reaching them is standing underneath the quarters and shouting. Also the phone in the room didnt work. Food choice was not really varied.

Lovely Place to stay

The Staff were amazing and the view is beautiful. The room was very large and very clean. Breakfast was good.

Price of the dinner. we decided to get dinner in the hotel because we were so jet lagged. we asked to see a menu but they didnt have one because of covid and the meals were adhoc. so we agreed to have some seafood per the chefs recommendation. the meal was really lovely, but it cost us $70. which is INSANE for SriLanka, espically for prawns and red snapper and some fries. I wish we would have asked the price before hand( our fault), but we just didnt think it would ever be that much. Apart from that shock, everything else was amazing

Beautiful property!

The villa is beautiful and located in an idyllic spot. The beach right outside makes for a nice walk. The meals are thoughtfully prepared with fresh local ingredients. The staff is warm and friendly. Thoroughly recommend this villa!

Beautiful villa in amazing location.

Beautifully furnished villa in a super location - right on the beach. Sublime food! Very attentive staff.

Staff were a little too attentive at times and very slow when serving food, really need to speed up.

Luxury vacation at a reasonable price.

We booked two rooms with balcony. The food is fantastic and the menu is quite extensive. The staff is extremely polite, professional and helpful. Large rooms with comfortable beds. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Large pool. Perfect for a quiet vacation.

We wish we would have stayed longer.
