The room was large with ample space, even with a double bed, a large window facing the inner courtyard, kitchen cum living room was also large, clean, and equipped. Located near Bischofsplatz cinema, lots of restaurants, and pubs, within walking distance. direct connectivity to the center & Hauptbahnhof
Only a single male toilet. I am not sure how many rooms share it, or whether rooms have private bathrooms. Also, shower rooms have wash basins, so you can't really use them for any other purpose while someone is showering. The elevator was not functioning; however, the property is on the 1st floor, a bit confusing, because it is accessible via the inner courtyard

Showers and kitchen were very clean. I liked the room theme
Room was not very clean, stains on bedding and floor. There was a strong damp/dirty smell in the room when I arrived that was still there when I left.
I was sent a message to check in at a Cafe, but the cafe was closed. Some of the messages I was sent were conflicting and confusing. The lady on the Phone was very helpful. Finding the hostel was very challenging. I am English but speak a passable amount of German, I doubt a non German speaker would be able to get to the Hostel.
