Amazing room, lovely view and the host was amazing, so friendly and helpful with anything I needed, I would definitely recommend anyone staying here, I work online and the WiFi was good 100 percent of the time, I stayed here for 3 weeks and everything was perfect.

The hosts are absolutely incredible, such a lovely family. Always a smile and genuine happiness and positivity. I couldn’t rate this highly enough, I extended my stay for twice the time I originally booked. Comfy bed, good quilt, balcony, fridge in the room. Sad to leave. 10/10

Accueil au top par une jeune femme qui parle très bien anglais et sa famille. Chambre familiale immense avec des rangements, un bureau, propre et bonus avec un grand balcon couvert qui a une belle vue sur le point d'eau. Ils peuvent laver votre linge contre supplément et nous ont réservé notre transfert et notre bus pour la suite de nôtre voyage. Des vélos, qui ont vécu mais font parfaitement leurs jobs, sont mis à disposition gratuitement. Nous les avons pris pour aller à la plage An Bang (15 min) où attention contrairement à ce que l'on croit, vous n'êtes pas obligés de payer le parking, il suffit d'aller 200 m plus loin sur la droite ou la gauche et de garer vos vélos. Et sur la plage, si vous consommez, les transats sont gratuits. Le logement est à 20 min à pieds du vieux centre de Hoi An. Il est au calme, les lits sont hyper confortables et il est juste à côté d'un très bon café qui fait l'angle de la rue et à 5 min à pieds de banh mi délicieux ( tout droit en partant sur la gauche en sortant). Petit plus, vous aurez sûrement la chance d échanger quelques mots d anglais avec les enfants et la maîtresse de l'école comme ils sont dans la cour intérieure de l'hôtel !
Juste un petit détail, dans la salle de bain la douche est séparée des WC par une vitre en verre, ce qui est plutôt bien et change en Asie, mais ce qui gâche tout c'est le rideau de douche blanc qui a des traces de moisissures sur le bas

We stayed in the lake view room on level 2 and loved our time here. We will definitely stay again. Location is peaceful and a 40 minute walk/short and cheap Grab from Old Quarter. This is a no-frills homestay which is still great value for money.
