Alles bestens! Super Lage, hübsch und individuell eingerichtete Wohnung, gute Betten (Doppelbett mit nur einer großen Bettdecke, was allein aber nicht gestört hat), gute Küchenausstattung, neues Bad, schönes Ess-/Wohnzimmer.
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war problemlos. Man kam uns bzgl check out-time freundlich entgegen, wir durften unsere Koffer 2 Stunden länger in der Wohnung lassen.
Was uns zu einer vollen 10-Punkte-Bewertung gefehlt hat:
- Es ist nicht leise: in der Gasse auf der einen Seite des Hauses ist eine Kneipe, in der es am Wochenende hoch hergeht bis 1:00 Uhr nachts. Die Fenster sind zwar schalldicht, aber geschlossene Fenster sind im Sommer keine Option. Die riesige Baustelle auf der anderen Seite direkt nebenan macht tagsüber Lärm und Staub und wird sicher noch einige Monate aktiv sein.
- Das Treppenhaus ist etwas ungepflegt.
- Dass die Gäste den Müll getrennt selbst entsorgen müssen, ist ein Punkt, den die Vermieter überdenken könnten.
- Die Beschreibung, wie man an die Schlüssel kommt, ist nicht besonders gut, eine Skizze wäre sicher hilfreich.

La posizione centrale, ottima per girare Colmar a piedi, il parcheggio pubblico è sotto casa
Attenzione perchè nei week end del periodo natalizio potrebbe essere difficile trovare parcheggio perché non è privato ma pubblico

The apartment was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults.
The management was incompetent, unprofessional & unapologetic. There was no one in the office to "personally hand over the keys" as stated in the message, the code given to obtain the keys from the lockbox was incorrect, the correct keys were in a random pile on an unmanned desk (no one from the company was present), AND THE APARTMENT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. After multiple phone calls it took 3 hours before 1 cleaner (he did not have a key to the apartment) finished the cleaning and we could finally leave the apartment.
The management's response was pathetic.
