The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
Service quality was excellent despite the team appearing to be understaffed.
The property has great potential and remains one of Beirut's iconic resort destinations.
Rooms and common areas were well maintained and comfortable.
The separation between Kempinski and Summerland has created some inconvenience. Guests now need to walk through the pool area and parking area to access certain parts of the property that were previously more easily connected.
Most of the swimming pools are still undergoing renovation and many were not yet filled during our stay.
Ongoing maintenance work impacts the overall resort experience.
Due to staffing shortages, poolside service was unavailable and it was not possible to order food or beverages directly to the pool area.
Breakfast on weekdays is served à la carte rather than as a buffet, which may be disappointing for guests expecting the full buffet experience.

It is a quiet accommodation
I paid for a delux suite cuz it has a private jacauzy in booking.com but actually there was no jacauzy
