The ground floor features a large living and dining area spanning the length and breadth of the house. Outside, a large veranda faces the sea, and offers two additional seating areas and covered dining. A modern kitchen with stainless steel Kitchen-aid appliances and full amenities is located just off the main room. The first floor also has a powder room. On the second floor are three large bedroom suites. The master has a king bed, the first guest bedroom has a king bed, and the second guest room has two full beds. All bedrooms have en-suite full baths and balconies. Floors are elegantly finished in polished oak. On the third floor, a large bunk room features 6 twin beds and a sitting area, a haven for the children. This bedroom also has an en suite full bath. The fifth bedroom is a private bedroom suite on the ground floor with a private entrance, a king bed, and an en suite bath. The sixth bedroom is located in the lovely guest cottage, 25 yards from the main house, which is available for an additional charge.
