Traumhafte Lage. Frühstück im dazugehörenden Restaurant mit Blick auf das Meer - mehr braucht es nicht :)
Zimmer ausreichend groß, sauber und praktikabel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The host, location and breakfasts were great.
The pictures on booking.com were not quite the same as our unit.

The location near the sea ( steps into sea for pre- breakfast swim)
It wasn’t clear where we could park until we arrived. Garage parking is available with a cheap (. 2euro) shuttle bus to the accomodation - which we used when we left.
It could have been clearer in the accomodation booking details - it would have made life easier and cheaper / it’s 6 euros to enter for an hour… walk drop off your bags / drive to the park and walk back circa 30mins - which could have been avoided.
While there were chairs and umbrellas available in a tarmacs area - this also was used by van drivers dropping things off before 10am - which meant you had breakfast with vans going by and no view from the terrace area before 10am

Die Lage war gut - direkter Zugang zum Meer. Allerdings stellte sich die "Terrazza" als etwas lieblos zusammngestellter Mix aus Stühlen und alten Liegestühlen heraus. Die Terrasse befindet sich direkt neben dem Restaurant, es ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Es fehlen praktische Dinge wie Aufhängevorrichtungen. Da man am Meer ist und auch badet, muss der Wäscheständer im Zimmer aufgestellt werden, dann ist das Zimmer voll. Teilweise Schimmel. Vorhänge aus altem braunen Vorhangstoff. Nur ein Nachttisch und eine Leselampe. Keine Pflegeprodukte (nur eine abgefüllte und alte Seife). Frühstück erst um 09.00 Uhr und ohne Buffet, was nicht grundsätzlich schlecht ist. Aber die Qualität war nicht überzeugend, das Brot lappig. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, was wir auch bemängelt haben, jedoch ohne Folge.
