Proprietario molto gentile, ci ha incontrati per darci le chiavi e la tessera per il parcheggio. L'appartamento è molto comodo, pulito, ha tutto, vicinissimo alla stazione Firenze Rifredi e in 5 minuti si arriva a Firenze Santa Maria Novella e poi il centro.
Per noi non c'è cosa che non sia stata ok, andava tutto bene.

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Sie ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Wurde zwischendurch sogar nochmal gereinigt mit Bettwäsche und Handtuch Tausch. Herr Bruno ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Die Klimaanlagen sind top in Ordnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, sehr kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof, kurz zum Bus und kurz zur Straßenbahn. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Parkplatz fürs Auto perfekt. Das Viertel ist ein normales Viertel mit netten freundlichen Einwohnern. Das Viertel ist recht sicher. Hat uns super gut gefallen, Dankschön an Bruno für die nette Aufnahme. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fomos super bem recebidos por um senhor que nos mostrou o flat e nos explicou o funcionamento de tudo pessoalmente.
Encontramos café em cápsula,em pó ,açúcar,sucos, enfim muitos lanchinhos saborosos.

The warm host greeted us upon arrival and introduced all the apartment facilities. We prefer face-to-face check-in and key handover. Best of all, the apartment boasts an amazing location, just under a 5-minute walk to Rifredi train station, making it incredibly easy to travel anywhere.
