The location was great, not far from Chobe, overlooking the flood plain, with a small waterhole. Amelia and staff were kind and attentive and helpful. Game drives booked through them were GREAT. There was a nice small pool (infinity pool is a push though), and bar / deck. Our family safari tent was great, clean, spacious enough etc. Good bathroom and shower. The mosquito nets didn’t fit the beds (especially the double bed) properly though which was not ideal in a malarial zone. My main issue is with the food - we pre booked meals which were pretty expensive and they weren’t great. Fine, but not great for the price. Plus the kids didn’t finish and were told off for not clearing their plates (this was definitely supposed to be a joke but it did upset my daughter a bit from a man she didn’t know)! There was a mini self catering kitchenette at our tent but just a microwave, kettle and braai - no hob, so not the easiest to cook with.

Good location, removed from town and traffic noise, lovely outlook. Restaurant was a surprise, most enjoyable meals, good service. Bird life great, some wild life appeared, cattle from Namibia was a surprise.
Mossie nets too small, not practical.

All lights , inside and outside ,is on one switch . So lights attract insects.Yellow lights for outside seating will be better. Waterhole now empty , so no feature or attraction.
