La struttura era molto bella, pulita e in un'ottima posizione. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile a permetterci di entrare in ZTL e parcheggiare gratuitamente davanti la struttura.
La camera era poco fornita di prodotti per l'igiene personale, avremmo gradito almeno un sapone per le mani. La prenotazione prevedeva la colazione, ma a differenza delle foto su Booking non c'era la saletta per la colazione in struttura ma ci sono stati dati dei buoni per fare colazione in un bar vicino. Il problema è stato che già alle 9.30 (un orario consono per fare colazione in giorni di vacanza, non a mezzogiorno) era finito quasi tutto, e la barista si è rifiutata di infornare altri cornetti non mostrandosi per niente cortese nei nostri confronti. Suggerirei di rivedere la convenzione con questo bar.

Ottima posizione, camera molto carina in pieno centro, personale molto disponibile.
Il soggiorno è andato molto bene, durante periodo estivo, vista la siccità, vi consiglio di usare con parsimonia l'acqua per evitare inconvenienti causati dall'ente di distribuzione.

The proximity to the historic center was unbeatable. And a cafe practically next door.
There was a strong mold smell in the common area and stairwell. I saw above the shower on the ceiling was a huge black mold growth, very bad for respiratory health for guests. The shower wouldn’t drain so I had to take a very short shower.
Also the management was very slow to respond if at all, we had prearranged early check in and there was no one there and they didn’t respond. They were nice to me when I did check in, but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend until they clean the mold problem.
