Great place to stay in Luz

The location is just great. Just a few minutes walk and you're at the beach and/or at the restaurants. Also the supermarket is really close. The house has everything you need.

Exceptional

Praia da Luz is a quiet place compared to the neighboring towns. This casa is only a few minutes stroll to the beach and boardwalk and there are plenty of eating places to peruse. Colette was a good communicator and we had no issues with the place at all. We were happy to have a washer for a load of laundry! There are many interesting places to see in the vicinity, and there were also loads of cyclists.

The town beach is quite small, so if you like to beach-walk, then you'll need to drive elsewhere. There were no residuals in the casa from previous tenants (like salt and pepper, olive oil, etc) so be sure to bring all that you require.

Nice Apartment - Noisy Local Neighbours

The apartment was very spacious and attractively furnished. Kitchen with all appliances including electric stove, large refrigerator, etc. Excellent location just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Wifi speed and stability excelent.

The local neighbors living there in the apartment next door on the right were extremely loud, mostly between midnight and after 03:00 in the morning. They also own two dogs that have to spend most of the time on the terrace.Of course not the fault of the landlord, but it clouds the stay. The view from the terrace is very modest, you look at the cars parked in the backyard. (see attached photo).

Very nice 4 day stay with family

Apartment is really nice, quite big and well eqipped (everything what we needed in the kitchen, umbrella for the beach..) Close to the beach (around 4 min walk) and restaurants/stores (closest store is 1 min walk away, closest restaurant is in view). Overall our stay was great! :)

AC in the bedroom (bottom floor) but not in the living room (upper floor). Since there was 30 degrees outside and a lot of sun in the afternoon towards the terrace/living room it got really warm. There was something wrong with the electricity but the host was very helpfull and with her help/maintenance guy we made it work again.

Perfect Location for beach lovers

Perfect location as 3min from the beach and literally everything at your door step. Big parking space, fast WiFi and lots of channels in TV.

Very difficult flash the water in the toilet, we were left with one roll of toilet paper for a week, no washing tablets, the kitchen equipment very basic.

I would recommend it 100%, it is close to everything (beach, supermarkets), it was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped

we have already booked to return another two times and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area

this property was close to everything you need. beach, shops, bars etc yet was in a very quite spot. the apartment had everything you need for a short or long stay.

we particularly liked the location of the apartment and how accessible it was for everything

Exceptional

Good location, close to 2 bus stops, 2 supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Nice and comfortable patio with outdoor furniture. Lots of storage in the sleeping room. Quiete area.

Kitchen equipment was very basic and the apartment is small. But since I spent most of the time in my friends* apartment I dind't mind. It is a 2-level apartment with the entrance between them. No problem for me, but if you have reduced mobility you should consider that.

Superb

The house is great, very confortable, nice terrace to relax and eat, good location

The shower was broken, the pool was 15min by foot, no sponge to wash dishes

Good

The property was nice and cozy. We had a daily morning visit from a cat. So friendly. Staff was really helpful and great.

The toilet had a really bad smell the whole time we were at the property at times the smell would go to the bedroom.. The neighbours were really noisy. Making noise even at 3am in the communal area right outside the bedroom.
